When you write, please

  • Contact us by email only.
  • Write from the email address registered to your swissmoney account, and include your swissmoney user ID and full name.
For your security, never send passwords, full card numbers, PINs, or recovery phrases by email. We will never ask for them.

We no longer maintain full-time support, so replies may take around a week.
